Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026

Champions Water Solutions ("Champions," "we," "us," or "our") provides whole-home water purification, reverse osmosis drinking systems, and free in-home water testing in Nevada, Arizona, and Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to championwatersolutions.com, our landing pages, and information you submit to us through advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you request a free water test, fill out a form, call, text, or email us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, home address or ZIP code, and details about your home and water. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need it to respond to your request.

Information from Meta lead ads

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, including lead ads with instant forms. If you submit one of these forms, Meta sends us the information you agreed to share in that form (typically your name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code). Meta's own collection and use of your information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect standard technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, for this purpose (see Section 5).

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Calls, Texts & Email Consent

By submitting your phone number — on our website or through a Meta lead form — you expressly consent to Champions Water Solutions contacting you at that number by phone call and text message (SMS) about your request and our services, including calls or texts placed using automated technology or prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email, and you may ask us to stop contacting you altogether using the contact details in Section 10.

4. Advertising & Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

We use Meta advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel, to show our ads to people who may be interested in cleaner water and to understand how well our ads work. The Pixel may share information such as the pages you visited on our site and whether you submitted a request. We may also use customer lists (such as email addresses or phone numbers, in hashed form) to build ad audiences. We do not control how Meta uses this data; see the Meta Privacy Policy. You can control the ads you see in your Meta ad preferences.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to keep the site working properly, remember your visit, and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of many interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info. If you block cookies, most of our site will still work normally.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

7. Data Retention & Security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, while we respond to your request, service your system, or as required for legal and accounting records — and then delete or de-identify it. Lead information is stored on access-controlled, private cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

8. Your Privacy Choices & Rights

Depending on where you live (including Nevada and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of certain uses. We honor these requests for all of our customers regardless of state. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10 — we will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will never treat you differently for exercising a privacy right. Nevada residents may also submit a request directing us not to sell their personal information; as stated above, we do not sell personal information.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are for homeowners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
